This privacy policy governs your use of the software application My Favorites Series (“Application”) for Windows and Android devices that was created by Plupella Software ("Plupella", "us", "we", "our"). The Application is a TV Serial Information application.
The Application obtains the information you provide when you download and register the Application. This information is obtained by Microsoft (Windows Store) or Google (Google Play), and Plupella Software can access to it in the form of statistics of downloads and use.
When you use the Application, you will generally provide access to your email address. This access is required for the Application to work correctly. It is not gathered or received by us. Plupella Software will not have access to that information in any form.
- Your email address will be stored in our servers for the purpose of the Application to work correctly. If you stop using the Application for longer than 90 days, this information will be automatically deleted. This information will be only your email address. In addition, the Application may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device you use, your mobile devices unique device ID, the IP address of your mobile device, your mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browsers you use, and information about the way you use the Application.
This Application does not collect precise information about the location of your mobile device.
No. Not any other company than Microsoft (Windows version), Google (Android version) or Plupella Software will have access to the data used by this Application.

We may disclose User Provided and Automatically Collected Information:
We will retain User Provided data for as long as you use the Application. If you don't use the application for longer than 90 days, all of your data will be automatically deleted from our servers. If you’d like us to delete User Provided Data that you have provided via the Application, please contact us at plupella.software@outlook.com and we will respond in a reasonable time. Please note that some or all of the User Provided Data may be required in order for the Application to function properly.
We do not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that his or her child has provided us with information without their consent, he or she should contact us at plupella.software@outlook.com. We will delete such information from our files within a reasonable time.
We are concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of the information stored in our servers. We provide physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information we process and maintain. For example, we limit access to this information to authorized employees who need to know that information in order to operate, develop or improve our Application. Please be aware that, although we endeavor provide reasonable security for information we process and maintain, no security system can prevent all potential security breaches.
